I’m a Mother and birth worker supporting women
across the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and Logan regions.

Truth, Connection and Respect are the values that I live by and bring to my work. 

I believe the saying “honesty is the best policy” and that extends to honesty 

with ourselves, our loved ones and our community.

I’m not the birth worker that will make decisions for you 

or try and sway you to do what I feel is best. 

I will share evidence based information, my own wisdom and 

encourage you to be honest with yourself about what you want from

 your birth and postpartum journey. 

I’ll support you in taking responsibility for your decisions so that you can feel

 truly empowered throughout your birth and postpartum journey.  

This looks different for everyone and there is no right or wrong. 

The way in which we connect with each other and ourselves is of the upmost importance. 

You need to feel safe, feel seen, feel heard and feel respected by those around you. 

To be able to laugh, roar and cry without fear of shame or judgement. 

My goal is to help you quiet the noise around you so that you can hear yourself. 

Hear your heart. 

Hear your gut. 

Hear that little voice inside of you that guides you to make the right decision for YOU. 

I will see you and honor you for the incredible woman that you are. 

I’ll laugh, cry and roar with you. 

I’ll remind you how wildly capable you are of birthing and caring for your baby. 

I’ll remind you how powerful you are. 

I truly believe that with support and nourishment 

birth and postpartum can be a transformative and healing journey. 

A world full of Mother's that are steadfast in their values, that do not waver from their intuition, that love fiercely and wholeheartedly, that are nourished and thriving.
