TRUTH | RESPECT | CONNECTION
TRUTH | RESPECT | CONNECTION
Hi there, I'm Jess
I am so glad that you’re here and that you’re exploring your options for pregnancy, birth and postpartum support.
I am a Mother, Partner, Doula, Sister, Daughter, Woman.
I am many things.
Including being extremely passionate about Birth, Postpartum and supporting women throughout this
important and life changing Rite of Passage.
Truth, Connection and Respect are values that I live by in all aspects of my life;
particularly in the Birth and Postpartum space.
"Honesty is the best policy"
I will always be open and honest with you,
even when it's difficult or perhaps something that you don't particularly want to hear.
I will be truthful to myself and hold myself accountable for my words and actions.
It is so important to surround yourself with a support team that you can trust.
Respect for ourselves, respect for each other and respect for our planet.
I believe that truth and respect are intertwined;
I show myself respect by being honest with what aligns with my life
and my work and by maintaining my boundaries.
I show others respect by being honest, by not pushing a secret agenda or trying
to coerce someone into making a particular decision,
by respecting others boundaries and supporting families to uphold those boundaries
during their Birth and Postpartum.
Our connection with ourselves, with our communities and with the word around us is so important.
Part of my role as your Doula is to support you to connect with that little voice inside.
Your intuition.
So that it may guide you with your decision-making during this time and well into Motherhood.
I will help you to connect with your community and curate community support and
together, we will draw on the magic of Mother Nature.
My drive, my vision, is to see Women stepping into Motherhood
empowered, softened, strong, capable and with the knowledge that they are the experts in their
Birth and Postpartum journey.
To see families thriving during this time, creating a ripple effect into their community.
I truly believe that Birth and Postpartum can be an opportunity to heal and to grow.
If this sounds like the support that you want, please get in touch.
