In this season of my life I am not able to be on call to attend births, however, I am still passionate about supporting women throughout their pregnacny journey and helping them to create their ultimate birth experience.
Every woman is unique and so the support that I offer is personalized to your needs.
You take the lead with what is included, based on what you feel that you need during your pregnancy and to prepare for your birth.
By being the leader in your prenatal support journey you are laying down the groundwork to tap into your Motherly intuition that you will carry with you into your labour, birth, postpartum and beyond.
You, your body and your baby already know how to birth, however, the reality is that birth can and often is, derailed depending on where it takes place.
This Prenatal support includes 4 sessions in which we can cover;
- Your birth plan including possible pathways within your birth.
- Physiological birth process.
- Partner roles, support and communication.
- Fear release and healing affirmations to take with you throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth.
- Breathe work and techniques to manage the intensity of labour.
- Guidance for optimal baby positioning,
- Herbal supports.
- Body work and ways to physically support your body leading up to labour and birth and during Postpartum.
- Access to my variety of books that cover birth and postpartum.

anything and everything you need leading up to your birth.
Nurturing the Mother so the Mother can nurture the baby.
As with all aspects of Birth and Mothering, Postpartum can look and be different for each woman however, the core focus of this support is always deeply focused on nourishment; physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Rest during Postpartum is critical.
It is not a luxury but vital for your recovery and the long term health of you and your family.
That being said, rest is not something that is easy for everyone. We live in a society that favours and congratulates productivity and "bouncing back".
This support includes 2 x Postpartum planning sessions during pregnancy and 8 visits over 6 weeks during Postpartum.
- I will help you to truly slow down and rest.
- Nourish you with warming meals, snacks and herbal support.
- Gentle body work to assist with recovery.
- Sitz bath and Yoni steaming.
- Placenta care whether that be for a Lotus birth, Placenta encapsulation or burying the Placenta.
- Guidance with breast-feeding and baby-care.
- I will listen as you tell me your birth story and hold space for the variety of emotions you feel.
- Closing Ceremony.
Anything and everything you need.
I offer virtual support for those that can't commit to face-to-face support.
This support includes a session to discuss your birth and postpartum goals.
We will create a plan together and lay down the groundwork to ensure that you are confident in your birthing and postpartum choices.
This session is all about YOU and is tailored for YOU.
This may involve creating a detailed birth plan or,
Working to release your fears around birth or perhaps previous birth trauma or,
Creating a solid Postpartum Care plan or,
Whatever you need from me and our time together.
A spin on a baby shower, a Mother Blessing (also known as a Blessingway) is focused on the Mother and her transition into Motherhood.
Surrounded by the Women within her community this is an opportunity for the Mother to gain wisdom, guidance, fortify support and receve blessings from your your loved ones.
A Mother Blessing, like all things, is tailored to the Mother and what she feels she needs.
This may include creating a birthing necklace, belly painting, footbath, herbal crafting, flower crown crafting and more.
The intricacies will be discussed during our consultation to ensure that we are designing the perfect Ceremony for YOU.
A Mother Blessing not only allows the mother to feel an immense amount of love and support from her community but is also an opportunity to discuss the importance of Community Care during the Postpartum period and what this may look like.
